Information We Collect
When you contact us, request a quote, or become a client, we collect information you provide directly:
- Personal information — your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, and company name.
- Project details — descriptions of your project, budget range, requirements, files, and any other material you share with us.
- Account data — if you use our client portal, your login email and the orders, messages, and files associated with your account.
- Usage data — basic technical information such as browser type, device, pages visited, and approximate location, collected automatically when you browse our website.
- Cookies — small files stored by your browser, described in the Cookies section below.
02
How We Use Your Data
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide our services — scoping, building, and delivering your project.
- Communicate with you — responding to enquiries, sending proposals, project updates, and support replies.
- Process payments — issuing invoices and confirming payments through our payment providers.
- Operate the client portal — showing you your orders, messages, invoices, and files.
- Improve our services — understanding how our website is used so we can make it better.
03
Cookies
Our website uses a small number of cookies. Essential cookies keep you signed in to the client portal and remember your session — the site cannot function properly without them. We may also use analytics cookies to understand how visitors use our site (pages visited, time on page, approximate region). Analytics data is aggregated and does not identify you personally.
You can manage or delete cookies through your browser settings at any time. Blocking essential cookies may prevent the client portal from working correctly.
04
Third-Party Services
We rely on a small set of trusted third-party providers to run our business. These providers process data only as needed to deliver their service to us:
- Supabase — database, authentication, and file storage for our website and client portal.
- Vercel — website hosting and content delivery.
- Payment processors (such as Wise and Payoneer) — to receive payments. We never see or store your full card or bank details.
- Analytics providers — aggregated website usage statistics.
- Email and messaging providers — to send and receive communication with you.
05
Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. All traffic to our website and portal is encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS. Data at rest is stored with reputable providers (Supabase) that maintain industry-standard security practices, including encryption at rest and access controls.
Access to client data within Growth Nexus is limited to the people who need it to deliver your project. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information using current best practices.
06
Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information — ever. We share data only in two situations: with the service providers listed above, strictly so they can perform their function for us; and when required by law, such as in response to a valid legal request from a competent authority.
If Growth Nexus is ever involved in a merger or acquisition, client data would transfer as part of that transaction, and we would notify you before your data became subject to a different privacy policy.
07
Your Rights
You have the following rights over your personal data:
- Access — ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Correction — ask us to fix inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Deletion — ask us to delete your personal data, subject to any legal or contractual retention requirements.
- Opt-out — unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time (project-related communication will continue while a project is active).
- Portability — request your data in a structured, commonly used format.
08
Contact Us About Privacy
For any privacy question, request, or concern, email us at info@growthnexus.agency with the subject line “Privacy Request”. We respond to all privacy requests within one business day and resolve them as quickly as reasonably possible.
09
Updates to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time as our services or legal requirements change. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page always reflects the current version. For significant changes, we will notify active clients by email or through the client portal before the changes take effect. Continued use of our services after an update means you accept the revised policy.
